Online Lead Generation LLC GMB Ranking and Services Agreement This Agreement is made on the 18/2/2021 between Online Lead Generation LLC. (“OLG”) and Online Website Marketing (“Client”). Purpose of Agreement. The purpose of this Agreement is to state the terms and conditions under which Online Lead Generation LLC will provide web services to the Client. Services Provided. The Client is responsible for delivering accurate information about each GMB subject to a special form provided by OLG. Google might not provide a Maps Pack from time to time due to their testing or other circumstances which OLG is not responsible for and no refunds is made by OLG due to such incidents. You will have to use your GMB Insights or other 3rd party ranking software Startup Fee. $ 0 (by Credit Card) Monthly Service Fee. $ 199 monthly Term and Billing Cycle. The term of this agreement is for each month from the date of the invoice. This agreement will extend indefinitely thereafter monthly until terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Payment Options. Fees are to be paid by Credit Card on a monthly recurring basis Payment Due Dates. Monthly payments are due each 30 days. A six percent (6%) late fee will be applied if payments are not received within 5 days of the due date. A fee of $25.00 per occurrence will be charged for declined credit cards. Post 5 days without payment all traffic and leads will be stopped to the customer. Confidentiality: Online Lead Generation LLC pledges not to disclose to any third party or use any knowledge or information obtained by Online Lead Generation LLC which is secret or confidential for any purpose other than furthering the goals of this agreement.
