Dates: October 2022
Terms: $10,000 (which includes board breaking supplies), all pricing is in USD, 25% deposit due upfront to hold the dates, balance to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival, + expenses including, but not limited to, roundtrip transportation to event to include business class air travel (if air travel required), rental car, parking, taxis and/or Ubers, single King hotel accommodations (if overnight stay required), and all meals (to be reimbursed post-event or charged to the hotel master bill). Any payment for these items to be reimbursed within 30 days of invoice.
Speaking time required: For 50 people or less, a minimum 1 hour - 1 hour 15 minutes. For more than 50 people, 90 minutes - 2 hours.
Cancellation Policy: Any amount paid for speaking fee is not refundable under any circumstances after 72 hours from the time of payment. By completing payment, you affirm that you have read and that you agree to all of the terms of this agreement.
