1/6 - afternoon welcome reception with fruit, chips, guac ($10usd per person), and margaritas/fruit juice ($20usd for ingredients + the cost of tequila controy (let us know your price point for the tequila).
1/6 - dinner ($28usd per person)

1/7 - breakfast ($10usd per person - includes 2 main dish choices), mid-day light lunch + snacks ($15usd per person), dinner ($28usd per person, includes salad, 2 different main dish options and dessert) with margarita ($20usd for ingredients), beer, wine, sodas (cost of grocery, we will provide the receipts)

1/8 - breakfast, mid-day light lunch/snacks, dinner margarita, beer, wine, sodas

1/9 - breakfast, mid-day light lunch/snacks, farewell fiesta celebration dinner margarita, beer, wine, sodas

1/10 - breakfast, mid-day light lunch/snacks

Total cost per person (excludes margarita/ grocery - beer, wine, soda and water): $222usd per person

Each margarita session is $20usd for ingredients + cost of tequila & controy - chef will provide the receipts for alcohol and beverage purchases
