And the initial year of Registered Agent Fees. Jim Franckowiak, Esquire will be the Registered Agent of Record for your LLC.

Yearly a fee of $119.00 will be charged for Annual Registered Agent Fees and to Renew your State Fees for your LLC.

NOTE: Any Forwarding Services Needed will be Charged Postage plus 10%. Registered Agent Services are not intended for your Business Correspondence other than Legal Notices.
